The integrated purification and filtration fan box consists of a centrifugal fan, a low-noise box, and primary, medium, high efficiency or activated carbon filters. The internal unit can be a backward fan, a forward fan, an outer rotor fan, a DC brushless fan, a voluteless fan, etc.
The standard panel of the fan box is a 25mm thick flame-retardant insulation foam board, and polyurethane foam, flame-retardant extruded board and sound-absorbing mesh board can be selected. There are two customized thicknesses of 25mm and 50mm.Both sides of the fan box are equipped with inspection doors for easy maintenance.
The filtration level is specified by the customer, and the filter frame material is aluminum alloy or galvanized steel.
The fan comes with a channel steel base for easy installation.
The fan outlet is wide, reducing the outlet wind speed and improving the filtration efficiency.
The primary filter is suitable for primary filtration of air conditioning systems, mainly used to filter dust particles above 5μm. The primary filter has three styles: plate type, folding type and bag type. The outer frame materials include paper frame, aluminum frame and galvanized iron frame. The filter materials include non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, metal mesh, etc. The protective nets include double-sided plastic-sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh.
Medium-efficiency filters are mostly bag-type structures, mainly used for intermediate filtration in central air-conditioning ventilation systems, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, food, and other industrial purification; capture 1-5um particles and various suspended matter. It can also be used as a front-end filter for high-efficiency filtration to reduce the load of high-efficiency filtration and extend its service life.
High efficiency filters are available in V-type and plate-type, mainly used to capture dust particles above 0.5um and various suspended solids, and are widely used in air conditioning terminal air supply treatment in dust-free purification workshops in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages and foods, PCB printing and other industries. Activated carbon filters are used in central air conditioning and centralized ventilation systems to remove odors and some harmful gases in the air.
